Bisonburger Patties Print

INGREDIENTS (to make 6 patties)

4 lb ground bison
¼ tsp onion salt
1 slice of bacon, ground or finely sliced
½ cup cracker crumbs rolled fine

¼ cup milk

1 egg

1 tbsp flour

2 tsp lemon juice

Dash garlic powder


2 tbsp melted butter



Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into patties, broil or fry until browned on both sides.
