Cheesy Bison Nuggets Print
2 Ibs Ground Bison
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 tsp Parsley Flakes
2 tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Cheese Whiz

1Ib Tator tots

fresh parsley sprigs
tomato wedges

  • Preheat oven to 375'F.  In a large mixing bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well.  
  • Take 1 heaping tablespoon of meat mixture and form it around each Tator Tot to form a ball.
  • Put balls in an ungreased baking dish Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Remove from dish and serve.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs and tomato wedges

Yields approximately 30 balls


To make Cheesy Bison Nuggets as an appetizer, cut the tator tots in half, and use half as much meat mixture per ball.
